fearing relapse

I'm new here and sought out this site in hopes of encouragement, I've been at a "healthy weight" for a little while now, but I can't seem to accept that this is 'normal'. I hate what I see in the mirror and have this obession with looking to see how many ribs are visible every time I go past a mirror. I've had to have my husband remove all the scales from our house because with them here I'll definitley relapse. I need some encouraging words...

" Getting rid of the scales is awesome. Maybe you can do the same with the mirrors, except for a little hand held mirror to check out your face for make up etc. That's what my nutritionist recommended. Because you know you have a distorted body image and don't really see the truth. "
