I have noticed recently that I get so tired after doing the simplist of tasks like getting ready when I've done that i'm ready to go back to bed and I only been up for 30 mins! Everyone tells me that its the dyspraxia that i'm using twice the energy but but I've had dyspraxia all my life and I've only been this exhausted for the last couple of months so I am kinda confused of what it can be! I can sleep for 8 hours then Wake needing another 8 hours lol! Just wondering if any of you have experienced this? I'm going to see the doctor on thursday and see what he thinks!

Thanks!

:)

" I don't want to say yes or no without knowing more about your situation. Have you for example taken on a new challenge which tests your dyspraxia such as not only a physical challenge but also a mental one using organisational or social skills? A new job or situation can be tiring if you need to socialise with new people since dyspraxics often find social skills are difficult.

However you cannot rule out some other medical cause without testing.

How is your sleeping? Do you wake up feeling this way? How about your diet? "
