I AM SO SICK OF LIVING THIS STUPID LIFE I HAVE. ONE MINUTE I AM FINE. THEN THE NEXT MINUTE I WANNA DIE. THEN I AM ON TOP OF THE WORLD AND AM HAPPY. I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE. PLUS EVERYONE ON THIS SITE IS MAD AT ME PROBABLY AND YOU CAN DENEY IT ALL YOU WANT BUT I KNOW YOU DO. I AM ON A FREAKING ROLLERCOSTER RIDE IT FEELS LIKE AND ITS NEVER GOING TO END. and malking my job impossible by moving things i need
in the end i gave up i quit and walked out
in real life i have had feelings of walking away
at work are the only people i mix with

very alone
i had to go to a place tonight
that has strong memories
the place has not changed
even the smell of the place was the same
it was 10 years ago that i last stood there
i got there early
that made things worse it gave me an hour
to sit alone in the rain

Nothing new here - neither of our cars is working. I have a headache. It is cold outside.
I am feeling discouraged because I have been really trying to get some things done - organize papers, throw out useless stuff, clean... and it just doesn't seem to be enough. I know I have made progress, but it is slow going and that is discouraging. And since I can't make a big difference in a hurry ...1 Comment

I made a healthy choice,

Everybody has down periods from time to time even somebody working on developing a positive attitude like me. The key thing is that there for you when you are up against it.
Recently I have been suffereing with lack of sleep. I seem to wake up at 5 AM everyday at the moment for no apparent reason.
