Hello and welcome to my Dyslexic chat room.

Here I will be setting up discussions regarding dyslexia.
You can tell me how you feel from ether a day to day or a monthly basses.

You can tell me how you are feeling inside, regarding being different.

You can send me up to date, useful info regarding support in the work place or even what you find on the internet.

You can even use this chat room to find other people that are feeling the same way as yourself. You will be surprised in how many people feel frustrated about there dyslexia.

If you want to talk to me about some thing confidential, then please feel free in sending me a message.

I have some info on dyslexia, how the brain works and how we think quicker then we can spell.
I will try and get you to see dyslexia in a different light. How we can see things in grate detail how gifted we are but at the time we don’t think we are.

I will try my very hardest in helping you as much as I can, for I myself am dyslexic and can understand what a dyslexic goes through.

From your friend JAA

" Hi you, found it in the end ;o) this isreally great stuff, well done girl, your a real trooper and I'm so proud of you. I would just like to let you know that I am feeling much more positive about myself and my dyslexia since being diagnosised at the end of Oct 07. College is going very well, my tutor keeps telling me how much progress I'm making and I think I may be ready to sit my next test which is writing in a few weeks so I'm very excited about that. I'm also finding that taking daily suppliments/vitamins very usefull. I'm much more alert and switched on now than before. The use of the Ninetendo DS light for daily brain training and sight training is also of real benefit to a dyslexic person. My score on the DS at the moment is averaging around the mid 20's to mid 30's, considering I scored a very poor 80 when I first started using it !!!! Well I think that's it for now. I will put those usefull links on here for you and everyone else to use early part of next week I promise. Keep up the great work your doing Jackie, dead proud of you and all of your achiefments. Love Jaci "
