Ever since I have been eating Flax seed muffins one a day for over a month now. My eyes are not dry like they use to be. And I have not had to use eye drops that only worked for a short time.
Flax seed has 2600 mg of Omega-3 oils in it and that I think has helped keep them better lubricated. I would recommend anyone to try it and see if it works for you, or the Omega-3 gel caps of this same oil. It's great that I can finally see well without the eye lid, sticking to the eye all the time.
