I have been taking 1200mg of fish oil daily. My eye doc recommended between 1,000-2,000mg/daily.
Doesn't seem to be having much of an effect. Should I take more?? Are there side effects from taking too much?? How long do you need to take it before seeing an effect?? Thanks. Posted on 04/12/08, 09:04 am |
