I made it through another day of therapy. It is not fun, especially knowing that I am going through this torture just to get to a diagnosis. With the pain that this is causing, I can't imagine that it is helping much.
Today, I was shown some new exercises. I did most of them sitting down at least.
I worked a pulley...not too bad
pulled on some long rubber tubes...not too good
I pedalled forward...

Hi ya'll!
Went to the dentist today for a check up. Everything was fine with the old chompers. I had to drive myself todaybecause I couldn't find anyone to drive me. Bad idea! I got lost and stressed. I went to my first day of therapy for my shoulder yesterday. I have had therapy before for heel spurs, but that was at a facility on our hospital's campus. This time, I went to a private therapy center because our insurance doesn't cover outpatient care at the hospital. Howdy Peeps! I'm back from the almost dead no worse for wear and in Celebration, I repinked the front of my hair! I plan to keep it pink for the summer cuz it makes me think HAPPY! BElieve it or not, this is about the craziest thing I have ever done with my hair as far as color goes. I'm hoping to start a new trend. hehe

Sometimes I go a little overboard with the henna. I hate to waste it you know and once I make it, I only have a few days to use it before it's staining ability is compromised. I stayed up all night painting and musing and I am running on pure caffeine this morning.
