A little while ago, I started a goal to lose 35 lbs. My weight has pretty much plateaued since then, and I think I could use the support. I think I even made goals before these current ones and no one encouraged me. I make it a habit of going to people with similar goals and supporting them. Why does everyone pass over me?

" I am sorry that you feel left out. There are a lot people on DS. I have not been responding a lot to those on this forum as I should. But here are some thoughts to help with you when you plateua.

1. You may need add some calories to your diet.
2. Shock your body is key. One thing that may help is to have one "Free Meal" a week, not a "diet" meal
3. Change up your exercise rotuine. I help you are doing strength training. That would help a lot. "
