Well, I was using the Daily Plate web site to find nutrition information. Then I got curious and and started poking around the site and found out they had an awesome food/water tracking program. FREE! It will do all the adding for you and even keep track of fats and carbs. I was amazed how much I was missing in my journaling by not knowing what percentage of fat/cal/carb I was eating. I can put a meal I may be thinking about eating and see if I still want to eat it after I see it's stats. I changes a bunch of my regular meals....you can even track your exercise. Just wanted to share with anyone like me who didn't know and could use the help.
