Here is something I recieved on "Hoodia"

I recieved my monthly E-letter from Dr. Roy Vartabedian, who help developed the eat program that I am on. The main article was about "Hoodia". Here is a little paragraph that caught me eye. I thought would share with you.

"It's been estimated that up to 80% of all hoodia products are contaminated or counterfeit. So even if hoodia does work, your chances of getting the real thing are slim.

If hoodia works, it could be used as part of an ongoing weight loss effort that includes high-density nutrition and a regular physical exercise program.

The bottom line is that there's no such thing as a magic pill that's going to cause you to lose weight. While there are natural supplements that can aid in your weight loss efforts, putting your full faith in any single weight loss pill--whether it's a drug, an herb, or a succulent--is likely to result in disappointment."

" Yup unfortunately that's the case. I have to admit that I've tried a couple of fat metabolising pills myself, but even on the package it said 'take with a varied and balanced diet along with exercise'. So....what's the point?? U're doing the exercise and healthy diet anyway so just do that! What difference is a 'fat burning' pill really going to make?

I just don't believe in them anymore. "
