Hi everyone!

Obviously I'm new here. I just joined Medical Weight Loss Clinic on Monday. Currently I weigh 188lbs and I'm trying to get down to around 120lbs (I'm only 5'1 so that's not to small on me). Right now they have me eating 5 supplements a day, and a regular (healthy) dinner. This is the biggest I've ever been, I've gained around 40lbs since having my son 2 years ago. I'm already haveing a tough time, I didn't realize that eating was such an addiction for me... it's all I've been thinking about all week. I honestly just really miss food lol! But I feel like I HAVE to loose the weight, I feel so bad about myself. Anyway that's my story in a nutshell. I'm 25, and I have a wonderful husband and a adorable (almost) 2year old little boy. I'm really looking forward to getting to know everyone, and getting some encouragement... I could really use it!

" I've been there, so I know how you feel... Hell, I'm still there! I gained to my highest of 241 lost to around 180 (8 yrs) and back up to my present of 220 (1½ yrs). It doesn't take much to put it on. I know that I've done it before and I will do it again.

Push yourself hard, but don't deprive yourself of everything or it will make your weight loss boring and hard as hell! I'm here for support any time! "
