I've been doing really good with eating really healtly, having my carbs for breakfast , lunch, and maybe a snack. I've been avoiding them during dinner. It seemed to be working for me. I would loose 2 lbs a week. So far 22 lbs. But now I'm not loosing anything. I'm still working out from anywhere to 30 min, to 40 min a day, three days a week. But I wanted to know if there was a trick to keep yourself from plateauing . I can't seem to loose one more lb. any advice on what to do would be really great

" My advice would be too mix up your routine. If you do the same workout everyday, every week, every time your body gets used to it. as you get fitter you need to increase your workout intensisty to keep getting results. if you walk for 30mins then maybe you could start jogging abit to get your heart rate up. Going to a fitness class or doin some weights may also inprove your resluts. Hope i was a help! "

" The question is, are you experiencing a stall, or a plateau? Stalls are common. While dieting, our bodies take "breaks" for many reasons. Anything up to 6 weeks in a row without losing is normal. After 6 weeks, it is considered a plateau. The best way to break it is to change or increase exercise and change the foods you are eating. Take a look at calories as well, is it possible you are eating too much, or worse, too little? "
