" I go to Weight Watchers and am on the core plan. I am going to make it work this time. I keep a food and exercise journal which makes me accountable. I have also joined Ranaesheart at DS. It is a wonderful weight loss site with so many supportive people who want to help each other. I am here for you also. I have about 75 lbs. to lose but I take it 10 lbs. at a time. Achieving a smaller goal works better for me. Go to Ranaesheart read her story and some of the other success stories and meet some of the great people there. Good luck and I know you can do it.
