Still waiting to resolve another billing issue with the dialysis clinic.
No word yet regarding when I will get medicard.
Still working on paperwork for disability issues. There is another questionare for a doctor about my abilities. Still trying to decide which doctor to have answer this.

Looks like I will finally get the check that I have been waiting for. Actually they made a mistake and will be sending out two. The social worker for the other days of the week had it in her hands. Next week the new social worker will give it to me.

Did Mums shopping this morning, then to the library for some more books for her, its difficult to find things to keep her occupied, she has always been very active, so being imobilised is really hard,I persuaded her to come downstairs to sit outside this afternoon, we have a stair lift so that was ok, it was hard getting her from there to the garden, she managed about 1 hour then went back again.

WELL, IT'S BEEN QUITE A DAY. I AM QUITE FRANKLY EXHAUSTED. SOMETIMES I FEEL LIKE THERE IS JUST NO POINT IN ALL OF THIS. LIKE BEING WHO I AM IS JUST NOT WHO I AM SUPPOSED TO BE. Things did not work out regarding getting the band interview. I told the rep the days which I had open and he tried to schedule the interview when I was on dialysis even thou the editor said that day was not good. I emailed many times to try to change the interview date. Then he told me he would hook me up with somebody to make a change. On Sunday he emailed back with an apology. So I...5 Comments -

Well we had quite a good day today, exhausting but good, Paul really enjoyed it. He came last night and work at 7.30.we had breakfast, (hes not used to this as his Mum didnt do any for him)then took the dogs out and fed Rupert and let him out.The the baking,we made chocolate cake, and buns,and chocolate fudge brownies (Icant resist them, even though I shouldnt eat them) I felt I deserved a treat....1 Recommendation6 Comments -

Well we all seem to be going to hospital and its never good news.
Mum wanted me to take her to the docs this morning as shes still not much better, and its 11 weeks now. He said is time she had an exray of her spine (dont know why we couldnt have gone earlier)in case its anything to do with the back surgery she had 3 years ago. Took Mum to the eye clinic today,why do they put so many people in at once? We had a 2 o clock appointment and were still there at 3.30.people were coming in in droves, there wernt enough seats for everyone,they went to get more seats till they had run out as well, 1 person left without being seen,we got in with the doc at 3.40,the pressure was a little bit high and we have to go back again...1 Recommendation2 Comments

When my kidney function declined dramatically, I received a visit from uncertainty. It asked me to rearrange my life. Instead I immediately put up a fight. I thought things had been just fine.
