I want to know from All those that are on dailysis. I used to be on dailysis for eight and a half years. Back then, I did not have support, I did not have excess to a computer and most of all, there was no support in the unit. I felt that the technicians really didnt care and there was no support group. I prayed and ask God if he heal me I want to give back so others woundnt suffer like I did. How do I give back to the dailysis center? How do I start a support group? how do I let other dailysis patients know how to stay strong on dailysis and how to cope with it?

" Are things still the same at your old unit? Go back and help those patients.

Just spending a few minutes to talk will brighten a few days. "

" I know that the best thing to happen for me is when there is someone there to talk to to pass the time during a treatment. Someone to take your mind off of what is going on and why ur there. i would go back and just spend time with the patients during their treatments. I know it would mean a lot to me and i am sure it would mean a lot to them. God bless

" I too also find that making people laugh is the best way to get anything across. Plus with the fact that you have been through stuff helps as it gives something for the person to relate too. Its better than just a doctor who may have seen thousands of cases but never actually gone through the experience. Also i find that if im being patronised i get very angry and therefore i become very sarcastic. If you talk to people in a normal manner then you will be fine
