I just want to say that if anyone I know deserves an award for being understanding it's my husband. I have been married twice before to men who beat me phsically and mentally and thought I would never do it again. Then Charley came along, whom I met in a chat room 9 years ago. I told him I was going to probably end up on dialysis within 10 years. Sure enough it happend. He trained for home dialysis with me and does all my treatments. He holds down a job and does pretty much everything in our home... I don't know what I would do without him... Like I said he deserves an award!!

Sue, what a wonderful husband you seem to have. Remember, he is going to get frustrated at times because he doesn't want to see you sick. I am happy you have someone there to support you through all of this. I wish I had someone here with me. I live alone but I have the support of my church family. I just don't have anyone here at home.
