i'm new to dialysis [pd] some days i feel so alone .i try to talk with my wife but does not help she just says that this is hard on her to and thats the end of it. some days it feels that my faimly would be better of without me.

You made the first step by coming to a support group so you know they exist.
Now find a physical one where you actually go to a meeting. Find 3 or 4. You'll soon meet people who are much worst off than you but still active in life. It aint' over yet pal. Volunteer, get a job, carry on with your life to the best extent you can. I'll bet if your wife had a choice between having you like you are and not having you at all she'll choose the former.

I had the surgry to PD but decided since I am a people person that doing hrmo and going to the unit was best for me.
