I just wanted to comment on how much better my blood sugars are now that i'm on the pump. what irritates me is that medicare and medicaid make it so difficult for people with type 2 diabetes to get a pump. you have to to have really low blood sugars (not high), have a certain blood level, a history of blood sugars, a1c at a certain level and on and on. it took me years to get a pump. i wonder how much damage was actually done.
