For a while I couldn't fathom out why some of you were coming up with some outrageous readings till I figured out the metric thing...lol

I measure mine with the metric method, but don't have a clue how the other method works.

Is there a chart with the conversion on?

Im quite happy using metric, its just that when some of you say you have a reading of say 269 it completely baffles me.

" I usually use a search engine and type in 'convert mmol/l to mg/dl' (or the other way around) and then go for one of the top results. I think there is a mathematical formula but I don't know it. "

" Hi Blue!
The math is 18.ie US to metric = US divided by 18= metric.Metric x 18=US.
I'm in Canada and was pretty confused by it for a while too.
Have the best day you can!
