Artifical sweetners make me ill
Watch this

Hi. I have a problem with artifical sweetners. They make me ill. I have tried just about every kind there is available. So now I just go without. I had to give up coffee since I just can't drink it without some kind of sweetner. I drink water...kind of boring. I also sometimes want something sweet but don't know what to do. I sometimes use honey sparingly.

Does anyone else have this problem? I avoid high carb foods and things with lots of sugar. I also have to look for things that have artifical sweetners. It makes things really hard.

" I have epilepsy and allergic to artifical sweetners. I have diabetes, and I was told that the artifical sweetners ruin your brain cells. If you are looking for gum try zapp gum it has no artifical sweetners and uses xyltol www.zappgum.com it taste like real sugar and has no artifical sweetners. "

" I'm allergic to everything in the known and charted universe. The only answer is to break the sugar habit entirely so things like apples and carrots taste sweet to you again. I read in "Sugar Blues" by Bill Dufty that if you kick red meat at the same time, it will reduce your sugar cravings. It probably doesn't work for everyone but it works for me. In fact, it works both ways -- sugar makes me crave meat and meat makes me crave sugar. Might be worth a try. "
