I'm so sorry it's been so long since I have last updated my journal. This last month has been a busy one for me. My pain levels have been pretty low, and I have really been taking advantage of it. well-i had my heart MRI thursday. it was awful-i'm kinda claustrophobic! and then you have to have your arms above your head-which is kinda hard normally. but i have bursitis in my left shoulder. about 3/4 into it i told them i couldn't take the pain in my shoulder anymore. so they pulled me out and let me move my shoulders and one of the ladies rubbed my shoulder! it was so nice and felt...1 Recommendation2 Comments -

Well thank God for the Lyrica I have noticed a BiG difference. I have been able to work in my Gardens. The weather around here has been absolutley beautiful. I was a little bummed out because I let my herb garden get so full of weeds that I thought nothing was left. I'm used to getting up every Saturday morning before anyone else and cooking an good ol' country breakfast....eggs, grits, bacon, sausage, pancakes etc. This morning I woke like normal and realized that once again I'm alone. Good Morning All, After my procedure yesterday, a person must laid flat in bed for 5 hours not moving the leg with the incision. Then you are to set in a reclining chair for an hour before leaving.
