" For me it was a matter of being honest with myself. I knew a woman who was ten years older than I was and she never paid attention to her diabetes. Well she ended up losing some toes, then the leg, then her life. That was enough for me to realize that I wanted to live and be as healthy as possible, even with the diseases I had. I never really had the, "WHY ME?" attitude because as I see it a lot more could be wrong than just what I have. Good luck. "

" I'm with you. I try my best, but I can't seem to give up the soft drinks. I'm going to start meeting with a holistic health practitioner who I think will be very helpful. "
