afer waiting for what seemed like forever we finally got the call and started working at our old jobs...i absolutely love it there...its soooo easy compared to provident..the residents arent combative and most are independent which means that there isnt alot of lifting..it was so quiet tonight that i kept commenting on it..lol..i worked with one of my ex boyfriends..was kind of nervous about seei... -

Well we had quite a good day today, exhausting but good, Paul really enjoyed it. He came last night and work at 7.30.we had breakfast, (hes not used to this as his Mum didnt do any for him)then took the dogs out and fed Rupert and let him out.The the baking,we made chocolate cake, and buns,and chocolate fudge brownies (Icant resist them, even though I shouldnt eat them) I felt I deserved a treat....1 Recommendation3 Comments -

Well another long day the er, with Courtney's blood sugars at 600, with small amounts of keytones so another 30 units of insulin was added to her daily in take so far she has only come down to 300, so we shall see what the rest of the night brings, why?????? why??? *mom was late picking me up for a dermatologist appointment. then she has the nerve to say "it's rude to answer the phone "where are you?"" which is B.S cuz, i wouldn't have to say it if it weren't true. i think it's rude when someone shows up late when u ask them to be on time. so that put me on edge.
*and i was exhausted all day.

Mum wanted me to take her to the docs this morning as shes still not much better, and its 11 weeks now. He said is time she had an exray of her spine (dont know why we couldnt have gone earlier)in case its anything to do with the back surgery she had 3 years ago.
