OK here are some tools- my daughter goes to camp ho mita coda and loves every second she is there..and I get a few days to let loose KNOWING my daughter is safe,having fun and with others like her!!!! i don't see this one up there, but Clara Barton Diabetes Camp is the one i used to attend. they also helped offset the cost with different programs....but i feel as a child who group up with diabetes type 1 that it is soooo important to know and meet other kids who deal with the same stresses over insulin and eating as they do.
