I'm new here and just wanted to ask something. this is kind of hard for me even though it shouldn't be so pleas, bear with me. I just wanted to know if any one else has felt an emotional pain that hurt so bad, it turned into a physical pain. I don't really want advice right now, but I want to know if it isn't just me. my chest just feels like it's going to explode.

I know what you mean.Sometimes when I've felt extremely bad I've felt deep pain in my chest and it was physical pain.I dont know what makes that pain appear...but if you think of it,tears are also a physical reaction to an emotion,so we're not freaks dont worry :)

things do get so bad that it feels physical it sucks when it happens to me i feel like i have a knife in my back or a clamp on my chest
