does anyone else think this site can make you more depressed? you click on these stories to read that people hate their lives and what they have been through and are going through. I mean everyone on this support is depressed and i think alot of them want to kill themselves or die, and i am pretty sure everyone on hear has thought about dying or killing themself.....soo how does this website help? iono...perhaps its just getting old to me....

it might be. i know it seems that people on here get sad from reading these stories, but they are meant to make you stronger as well. being sad after reading another's story only means that your sympathetic which is a good thing. i think that if you feel the way they do, you are able to help more. its ok to feel sad, but dont let this site bring you down either.

Yes, this site can make you more depressed. It does me sometimes. I have wanted to die and have wanted to kill myself. But this site makes you less afraid to talk about it and let it out. If it wasn't for this site, I probably would have snapped just a few weeks ago. This is a place to release it and get others opinion on something.
