i went to my first meeting with my counselor today and it was pretttyy intense... my parents were in the room with me and they were shocked at some of the things i said.. and really shocked when i had to show them my cuts. i feel like im doing the right thing though.. i hope i can get better soon.

you are totally doing the right thing! dont give up, cause sometimes therapy gets kindof hard but it is really worth it in the end.
