Even on days when my husband isn't being abusive and I can somehow manage to put the affair in the back of my mind I still have a husband who is neglectful, un-compassionate, and un-understanding. He's completely ignoring my cries for help with a hefty roll of the eye and frustrated sigh. I'm bipolar, I can't help it. I really wish I weren't because I'm pretty sure my life...

Hi everyone,
Well today was my 1st day at work and I have to say I had a good day. I have 3 more training days then I will be unleashed on to the general public lol. At least I know that Marks & Spencer are a good company to work for. I am looking forward to spending a fair few years there lol.

Managed to get get some more things done today.
My Ex contacted me out of the blue (She's doing well in her job, its her first real carreer, and she is surprising herself at how well she is doing) , she is doing 16 hour days. It was good to hear her getting more confident though.

According to my better half I have visibly lost quite a bit of weight, not bad considering I just sit on my butt all day or lie down all day, it just goes to show that pure determination pulls it through, I've cut out lots of meals, I know I shouldn't and I definitely wouldn't recommend it, especially with the amount of meds I'm on, but I only have 1 proper meal a day now and I...1 Recommendation -

i can't stop...i can't do anything or i need to do it all...i've been cutting on my stomach and my wrist...i want to keep going...i went out to the kitchen and saw a note from my roommate asking me to do dishes...but all i can think when i am out there is what knife is the sharpest and will do the most damage...even going so far as to try some of them out...this is not good... So much goodness came out of last night.
Last week, my beau did most of the work in getting all of his stuff hauled over here. I felt like crap and couldn't do it, then felt worse because I didn't help much and felt that I couldn't. Anyways. It was all sitting in the living room, the kitchen, some in the bedroom, and just a few things in the basement.

Whoo hoo! I finally did it! I broke the 300 pound barrier. I am now in the 200's. 299.8 to be exact!
I know that this probably doesn't sound great to most people, but for ages I have been over 300 pounds. At my very worst I was just over 450 pounds. TODAY I WANTED TO WRITE SOMETHING TRULY INSPIRATIONAL
I awoke this morning to the sun dabbling
across my collection of ceramic orphans.
The smell of new-mown flowers filled my olfactories, and
I was reminded of a poem about a basket of kittens.

OUCH..OUCH My mouth hurts as bad if not worse..they did a root canal..and it hadnt gotten totally infected..found out the other tooth that has a crown is a waste of money I just got it a few months ago it cost me over $300 now the tooth it is attatched to is broken..so when that breaks off..the crown is just dangling by the roots..they have to take the tooth out and they were in no hurry to...1 Recommendation12 Comments -
