SimonM has a good perspective.
A while back, I would have thought positive thinking would not have much effect at all in improving my depression. I am happy to say, that since I have tried to turn my negative thoughts into more positive and healthy thoughts, I have been able to see an improvement in my recovery. The groups mentioned above are all very comfortable and supportive places to be. Each member group listed plays a special part in how I am improving my life. I would recommend them to anyone who is working on appreciating themselves and choosing to improve their life.
