Hello,
I was prescribed Zoloft when I was pregnant with my twin boys. The anxiety of having twins coupled with the financial strains of getting 2 little ones to have to care for made it a little too hard to bare. I didn't have any complications (as far as I know - they're 3 now). I know it's different for everyone - but my Dr. told me it was one of the safest ones to take during pregnancy. I even continued to take it while breastfeeding, as it really helped with the post-partum depression. I would just talk to your doctor about it. My doc was just fine with me taking it during the 2nd and 3rd trimesters. Hope this info helps, Clover (sadmomoftwins)
