I have tried everything I can imagine...I get a message that the camera is not connected or recognized! Am I missing something here???

No hon it's been doing the same damn thing to me for over a week and frankly I am getting pissed off.
I made a post about it somewhere and Doug said they are having a hard time finding a good service, I think he said video egg went out of business....I am paraphrasing here but that was the gist of it.
