It's just over a week ago that I took an overdose. since then I've not had any more support from well the 'professionals' all I want to do is self harm, and then OD on every fucking thing in the medicine cabinet. why should I even bother trying to get better if the people who are supposed to care, just tell me to 'keep busy'. well thanks a fucking lot.

doctors suck most of the time! lol, they have so many patients that they usually cant remember us and our problems, but i couldnt cope with it! why r u feeling so down? im here if u ever need to talk.

Why not try us for a change instead of the crap doctors.
I take it not a lot has changed for you since your OD. It took a while after my last attempt for things to start changing too. Give us a try, we might be albe to help.....?
