Hello I am new to the this site so I will say hello to everyone.
I am always thinking about ending it all the time, I think it would be easier to just to kill myself then to deal with my depression, I have no one who understands what I am going though and I am finding it hard to deal with my depression right now, I just have no energy to fright it anymore but also no energy to do anything about it. Welcome to DS. There are a lot of helpful and supportive people here.
I read your profile. it sounds like you're working very hard on traumatic issues. Does your counselor know how depressed you feel? Are you in an unsafe situation? It sounds like you're in a lot of pain, but please don't harm yourself. I don't know you, but I care. (((HUGS)))

Abbergraves Yes my Counseller know's how I feel he is trying to help me he is a great help. Yes I am in a unsafe situation. Maggsb yes I am on meds and I have a caunseller two. Thank you for careing I am not used to that.

I am relatively new here as well and have found it very supportive with many wonderful and caring people. Your situation seems very difficult, but I am glad you have a counselor that works with you. I have never been in your situation, but would be glad to listen if you need. Take care.

i am glad that you shared what you are feeling and the best other thing you can do besides all that you are doing is reachi9ng out just like you have done. you will find alot of caring people on ds that are or have been right where you are. hang in there and gentle hugs to you. love donna e
