I'm working with a mental-health advocacy group on campus, and we're running a stomp-out-stigma day. Don't do? e.g. the sense that one should 'snap out of it' or that depression is 'just a phase' - those are the biggies for me, but I know everyone has his or her own experience.
Thanks!
