I started yoga in February and it has really worked for me. I am feeling much better. And when I don't have time to go for a couple of weeks I do feel like depression is back. So if you can do practice some yoga. I can help you pick the right moves for depression. Good luk!!!!

Hrm well I said that because I went to a business that does Yoga and the trainer told me its only for folks in good shape, so thats why I said that.

Well then buy a DVD and practice at home, or go to another studio. That's just not true what that guy said about being in shape! Yoga is one way to get in shape, and I agree, you do what you can.

Sorry about that ,but this trainer knows nothing. you have to go to reputable place, where they really care about you! Some cities and towns have yoga for free on their parks.

yes when first learning,
they did emphasize to do only what you can and however far you can go, and you will still receive the same benifits. and you will improve and be able to do more after being stretched. and as for partners yoga, it is motivating and a lot of (shall we say fun with the right partner...lol)
