I started yoga in February and it has really worked for me. I am feeling much better. And when I don't have time to go for a couple of weeks I do feel like depression is back. So if you can do practice some yoga. I can help you pick the right moves for depression. Good luk!!!!

" yes when first learning,
they did emphasize to do only what you can and however far you can go, and you will still receive the same benifits.
and you will improve and be able to do more after being stretched.
and as for partners yoga,
it is motivating and a lot of (shall we say fun with the right partner...lol) "
