How much CYMBALTA do you take? Is it working? Did you have to increase your doses to see results? How long did it take before you noticed a difference? What other meds do you take with it?

" I had a very bad experience with Cymbalta. All I wanted to do was sleep all the time. Then I went through awful withdrawal symptoms when I stopped taking it.

I would recommend doing an internet search on Cymbalta side effects just so you're aware. It does work for some people but can be poison for others. "

" AllyCat: I have been on Cymbalta for 10 days now, after being on Prozac for 3 years. The Cymbalta is a wonder drug for me. I only take 30 mg once a day, on my docs advice. It makes me REALLY tired so I have to take it at night. I feel so much better. But you should talk to your doc about all this. I was really scared to try a new med because of side effects..but am so glad I take this one. "

" I take 60mg. I have thought about weaning myself off of it because I don't see a difference in my pain. I think that my pm doc is motivated by the company though because he believes in it. I figure that I will give myself this second prescription and if there isn't a change then its good by. I have taken it before with the same results. Everyone is different. I can not say for sure about my pm doc it is my opionion about him. "
