Lately for the last few days I have been very agressive not neccessarily violent just agressive if that makes sense. I am easily annoyed and pretty much say what is on my mind without any thought. I am still on the same meds that I have been on for months so I dont know what is bringing it on. Its very out of character for me to be that way im usually shy and keep to myself. But I am on edge and everything sets me off. I dont feel depressed just agitated and angry. Has anyone else experienced this randomly for no reason?

It could be from holding things in too long, that's NEVER healthy. It could be something you don't even realise tripped it. The subconcious is quite tricky that way.

My fiancee and I got into an argument because I was talking during the debate and I got pissed off and he shut it off I told him to turn it back on if he wanted to watch it He wouldnt handed me the remote and announced he was going upstairs and I can watch what I want. I threw the remote across the floor and said no one will watch anything. I dont do things like that. I dont understand the agression.

Yes! I get that way sometimes. I also see it pop up more at certain times of the month, if you get my drift...Also, if things start to pile up and I start feeling overwhelmed, that is how I get. Try to stay as calm as you can. Cry, scream, whatever you need to do. We are here for you!

I think it has to do with my agoraphobia getting better and actually wanting to be out of the house. I am craving a job and I am looking and it seems futile and its just constantly feeling like I have nothing to do when it used to be me wanting to be in the house at all costs. Do I look at this as a positive or a negative?

Explore thos possibilities. Plan little day trips out. Test your limits. If that truly is it than the cause of it is a positive thing, even if it is manifesting in a trying manner
