ok so for years ive been stalked by carniverous hedgehogs. this yr no hogs (think they drowned in last yrs floods) but now i got evil squirrel tormenting me! its always right outside my back door, doing that wierd karate kid stance it does--ready to lunge! why oh why oh why do animals hate me so? and can u eat squirrels? just an after thought

Yes, some eat squirrels state-side (I am not one of them). I'm just puzzled why a ?person? would hate all of God's little furry creatures.

A stalking female squirrel would probably scare away your male squirrel. works very well with humans

Much as I hate to actually give you useful advice - a mixture of mustard powder and any hot chile (powder or chopped up chiles) - mix these in a spray bottle full of water and spray that around. Should work to chase away most critters. As far as the ants go - here in the states the best ant killer I have ever found is called Terro, but don't know if it's available outside the US.
Not sure where you would actually get it, but I have also heard that fox urine and coyote urine will scare away almost any sort of furry creature. LOL
