Don't let him near your phone...tell him to get his own phone then he can do what he wishes with it.
How old is he?

Ahhh....ok
Can you just keep your phone away from him and not let him use it? That seems the best way to put this to an end.
Good luck hon.

My daughter has password protect. That means no one can use the phone unless she takes the password protect off. Do you have a similar feature on your phone?

Oh ok...well....
Does he get any kind of allowance at all? Any type of money coming in from somewhere? If so, make him pay for the ringtone. If not, take something of his and sell it on ebay to recoup the loss.
Yes, I am a mean old lady...lol.

Is there somewhere he wants to go or something he really wants to do in the near future? If so, then I would say he doesn't get to go or do it and then make him work off the money he owes you by doing chores around the house. Cleaning the bathroom used to work wonders. I don't know a teen alive that WANTS to scrub a toilet. Hell, come to think of it, I don't know anyone that really likes it! LOL

As a grown up I would never condone creeping into his room at night and drawing a moustache on his face in permanent ink. iamgonzo is far more grown-up. You should listen to him.
