i distinctly asked my brother not to buy a ringtone for 2.99 on my phone and he did it anyway. i know this may not seem like much but thats not the point its the point that i keep asking him not to do stuff that will affect me negatively like this yet he doesn't seem to listen. so what should i do to punish him? i need something creative cuz taking stuff away doesn't really work with him. ps i dont even like the song he downloaded!!!!

Does he get any kind of allowance at all? Any type of money coming in from somewhere? If so, make him pay for the ringtone. If not, take something of his and sell it on ebay to recoup the loss.

" Is there somewhere he wants to go or something he really wants to do in the near future? If so, then I would say he doesn't get to go or do it and then make him work off the money he owes you by doing chores around the house. Cleaning the bathroom used to work wonders. I don't know a teen alive that WANTS to scrub a toilet. Hell, come to think of it, I don't know anyone that really likes it! LOL "
