Hi all,   I have been working with a practitioner on the EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)...this involves "tapping"....just wondering if anyone on here has done this or is doing this?   If so, could you please message me?  I have a few questions and would like to discuss it a little.  Thanks!Beckeroo

" The only tapping therapy I've ever done was my head in a door frame....really didn't seem to work for me either.

" It is derived from meridian therapy, chinese of origin I guess. Good friend of mine does it. No door-tapping, sorry guys, it's points AT the body. Meridian points, just like there are acupuncture points. "
