The only drawback about valium is that it's addictive, and it's horrrible trying to come off them, I know from experience, .. .. so be careful not to fall in that trap.

Yeah. My Gp is limiting them considerably. I tend to have none at all. Then stash so I get a supply.
I COULD be okay without them, i'd just rather not.
