My son and I both take it. No side effects, and it helps the depression.

I was on it a Few Months ago, and I was very happy with it. I hope it gives you the same good results.

I was on Lexapro for about 7 months, and then got switched to cymbalta..
The Lexapro seemed to help for the first couple of months, but then I didn't really feel anything from it.

Oh yeah, and some people (I did) do experience side effects at first, you may feel shaky, hot, and a little more depressed than usual. But that went away for me within a couple of days... BUT definitely call your doc if it's bad for you, and you just feel like somethings not right. *hugs*

I took it for awhile. It is a very good med for depression.

I felt sick to my stomach for the first two weeks but after that it helped a lot. Though after a few months I stopped feeling it's affects all together, and was put on the max dosage, and had the same results. I also gained weight, but that could have been from the other medication I was on.

Sorry I don't do the meds thing, but I have heard about it and most of what I have heard was good.
