Life

When I was old, my world was new,
Exciting dead alive and blue,
Tethered to a thousand terms,
Of ice and spatial glacial glare,
Without a word or rule or question,
Sorrowed with the indigestion,
Of those hollow borrowed answers,
The dreamer and the dreamed dare to quote,
Enquiring minds set adrift to float,
Until we grow young naïve and lost,
Until our hearts decay and rot,
Into the embryos we were,
And are in wisdoms searching glare,
No innocence lost humanity knows,
Such innocence is found and glows and grows,
Let not my world suffer still,
I’ll compound it within my will,
Lay me down into the earth,
A graceful, latent, special birth.

Innocence is truth.

Seek and you shall know.

Nothing.

Ask.
