Help With Suicidal Thoughts and lack of Depression

I have attempted suiicide inthe past- at times when I have been very, very depressed. Now, though, I seem to be thinking about suicide without being depressed. In some ways, this is even more horrible, as now I am clearly thinking about how to do it with a dispassionate, clear mind. I don't feel depressed, just wholly focused on self-harm. I'm confused and feeling anxious about this.

" The best I can suggest is seeing a doctor about it. A lot of people will say the same thing. However, they can put you into the hospital and monitor you...or put you on a medication focused on helping you relieve yourself of those thoughts.

I have also gone through this. Infact, I go through this all the time. The sad thing is, I don't get to talk to a Pdoc until August 25th. And I almost actually committed it, waiting to find out when the appointment was. But I do it under different reasons and with different mind frames. So...it's hard to explain to some people. I get that.

But please go and see a doctor and tell them what you've been thinking lately. And how it's become worst. Please. "

" Same things have happened with me. But seriously, just because you feel fine doesn't necessarily mean that you are.

I've taken several overdoses that have occured on the days when I'd say I was feeling "over the moon". So be very vigilant and don't take your eye off reality for a second.

Sorry you're feeling like this. And it wouldn't hurt at all to have a chat with a doctor, maybe talk to a counsellor just try and work out where the root of the problems is.

Message me if you need to chat : ) "
