HEY HUN MY HUSBAND TAKES IT. THERE ARE NO SIDE EFFECTS AT ALL. HE TAKES IT EVERYDAY AS HIS VITATMEN REGIMENT. HE ACTUALLY HAS IMPROVED HIS MEMORY OTHERS HAVE NOTICED IT ALSO. HOPE THIS HELPS
