Belated mother's day

Happy belated mother's day to ALL of us (women & men) caregivers! For our nurturance towards our beloved family members with dementia and our love and care for all the other folks in our family.

Happy Mother's day to our sisters, wives, mothers, grandmothers and great grandmothers with dementia. Those raised us did the very best they could for us when we depended on them (regardless of whether they sucked at it or were everything we could have wished for).

What we are to each other is a gift. (regardless of the wrapping job)
What we are doing by caring for our beloved family members with dementia is a wonderful thing and I celebrate us all for that.
You are love, grace, humor, strength, integrity and you are the precious gift of these attributes in action for others to witness.

Thank you so much.
