Hello everyone, I am Polly and I have been diagnosed with Arthritis, Degenerative Disc Disease and Compression of the nerve in my lower back. I hurt every day and I dont know if I can take it for much longer;(

I'm Joana and I'm kinda of new here too. I also have degenerative disc disease so I can sympathize with what you are going through. I know it's hard but don't give up. Have you seen your doctor about not being able to lift your right foot?

I am currently seeing two drs, a spine dr and pain dr. Neither one has been calling me back latly;(. I have went through 2 sieries of injections and it seems like my leg has gotten worse after the second one. I have arthritis, degenerative disc disease and compression of the nerve.

Hey PollyRamos, welcome. I have the same diagnosis. My DDD is mostly in L-4, L-5 S-1. I've been trying to feel better for a year now so I know how frustrating it is to go from dr to dr. Hang in there though, the more you learn the easier it gets so it's good you found DS.
