Hi All,
I was diagnosed with Crohn's diseases in 2002 along with HS and the fistulas. I've been dealing with this on my own and not really looking for advice and support, but this has become such disturbance to my life both physically and emotionally that I needed to find a place to ask people questions. Do any of you all suffer from Hidradenitis? What types of treatments have you sought? Aside form surgical drainage of the abcess I haven't tried anything and today I discussed with my Dr. about have them removed surgically. He basically said that I can't, that they will come back or that if he were to remove the 'tracks' that it would leave huge openings to heal. Any advice, information, guidance or anything you can offer would be great. hey i suffer from that my crohns isnt all that bad but i get bad skin probs lumps under arms and so fourth . i have a sore in my belly button rite now that is got puss dunno what it is cud be an abcess as have had on on my tail bone b4. i dont think theres ne treatment for the skin sores i know when i was on prednisone for my crohns they cleared up for a while.
