I just found out that I cannot take Sulfasalazine because I have a very rare reaction to it. I have been doing research on other meds and can't find any other ones that don't invovle injections, I could never give myself a shot! I have seen alot about steriods and it says that its not a good idea to use long term. I was wondering if anyone here is taking anything that works in pill form?

I had a bad reaction to sulfasalazine as well. Now I am on Mesalamine which is one of the first they usually try....That's what I would ask for.
