I want to know how long does it take for probiotics to work? What signs to look for, I want to rest my body from meds for a while so I started on probiotics today, I feel another flare coming on and just can't do the hospital thing at this time, still not recovered from the last flare-up in October. " My husband has Crohn's and has recently started Probiotics with our new Chiropractor. Between good quality multi-viatmains, regular Chiro adjustments and better diet he has gotten better and feels better but still gets flare-ups. He is able to control them a lot better.

I think natural non-synthetic (sp) vitamins are great and do help.

Just my two cents as a wife living with a husband with Crohns "

" I have heard that Flora Q is good. Make sure they are coated and can survive the GI tract. Also the Activia yogurt is good too:) "
